Bulletin insert or script for when you talk to someone about standing for election.

Candidate Information Sheet

This is the blank information sheet to be given to potential candidates to fill out. The address, phone number and email are not for publication in the election process.

Publication Candidate Information Sheet

This is the form that will be posted at the exits of the church and inserted in the bulletin the week preceding the election. If you are not handy at manipulating photo images, send them to Deacon Cornell for processing.
