Parish Pastoral Meeting Agenda

NOTE: Fr. Dave was unable to attend this meeting as it occurred during his vacation.  Therefore, in accordance with Canon Law, no new items were discussed.  We simply reviewed issues which have already been brought before the council.

1. Opening with Evening Prayer

Members Absent – Fr. Dave, Deacon Charlie Cornell, Deacon Bob Brady, Nancy Buck, Jason Crotty, Jennifer Cunningham, Brian Perreault, Jack Waldie, Cara Schomp

3. Approval of minutes

4. Final review of Mission Statement and Goals

• Publish mission statement and goals in bulletin 1^st weekend in May

5. Election for new PPC members

·         Discussion concerning possible members

·         1^st weekend in May announcement in bulletin

·         Need coordinator for (s)elections

o   Marcia volunteered

o   Will handle notice for bulletin

o   Possibly reuse something from old announcements

·         (s)elections by end of May so new members can attend June 11 meeting?

·         Need 4 (or more) new members

6. Other committees

·         Building and Grounds

o   Need some people (Confirmation class?) to help dig up drainage pipes

o   Replace clay pipes with PVC
