Parish Pastoral Council Meeting Minutes

January 14, 2010

Members present: Fr. Dave, Deacon Charlie Cornell, Charlie Corley, Jason Crotty, Marcia Melone, Sandy Morales

Members absent: Deacon Bob Brady, Nancy Buck, Brian Perrault

Also present: Rosario Rizzo (finance committee)

1.       Opened with evening prayer

2.       Selection of a secretary for meeting-Sandy Morales

4.       Social Committee discussion

1. Marcia will contact Social Committee to see if there will be any snacks at Misgivings

2. Italian Night was a success with more people and more money raised from last year

3. Silent Auction at Italian Night was well received

5.       Finance discussion

1. Offertory is steady

2. Grand Annual is down by $6,000

3. Major Capital items have been put off

4. All sponsorship projects from 2009 have been funded. Many will be completed in the spring.
