Parish Pastoral Council Meeting Minutes
November 10, 2011

Members present: Deacon Charlie Cornell, Sandy Morales, Janet Moroney, Marcia Melone and Rosario Rizzo (finance committee)

New members awaiting Fr. Dave's approval present: Sue Guerin, Craig Schomp, Peter York

Members absent: Deacon Bob Brady, Father Dave and Ruth Goulet

Opened with evening prayer

1. New Members of Parish Pastoral Council
   1. Craig Schomp
   2. Sue Guerin
   3. Peter York
   4. Still need to search for more council members. Should have at least 5 more members.
2. PPC Focus for 2011/2012
   1. PPC brainstormed different ideas: Greeters/Welcoming, changes to church structure, involve youth more, using music increase involvement
3. Liturgy Committee- Patricia Noone and Laureen DiBenedetto reviewing church documents and what we are currently doing
4. Finance-
   1. Repairs will be biggest issue for budget.
   2. Grand Annual has begun
5. Parish Priests covering multiple parishes- Reduction in the number of parishes because of the reduction of priests. How will this affect how liturgy is celebrated?
