Welcome to Ms. Joyce Pinney
Director of Faith Formation

It is our pleasure to announce that Ms. Joyce Pinney has joined the St. Isidore Parish staff as Director of Faith Formation part-time beginning February 27th and she will work with Nancy Dome until early June, at which time she will become the full time Director of Faith Formation. We will be introducing Joyce to the parish over the next few weeks and we know that you will graciously welcome her into the St. Isidore parish community.

Pastoral Support while Fr. Dave is out

As of Monday, February 6, 2012, the Cardinal has appointed Very Rev. Michael W. MacEwen, V.F. as the temporary administrator (someone who can sign checks, make personnel decisions, etc.) for St. Isidore's while Fr. Dave is out. The V.F. at the end of his name means Vicar Forane. The Vicar Forane is the priest in charge of the Vicariate our parish belongs to. The Vicariate is the next lower rung of organization below the Region. We are in Vicariate I of the West Region of the Archdiocese of Boston.

We are also blessed to have been assigned Fr. Mario Guarino, F.D.P. as temporary parochial vicar starting Monday February 6, 2012. Fr. Mario will be living at the rectory and saying weekly masses, and celebrating our weekend masses and hearing confessions, responding to sick calls, etc.

Update on Fr. Dave and Anna Lopez

Fr. Dave is battling pancreatic cancer. He is undergoing a series of chemotherapy treatments and is enjoying your cards and prayers for his health.
