Summer is just around the corner and St Isidore Parish, along with St Bridget Parish in Maynard, is planning an exciting Vacation Bible School Adventure!

Our adventures will take place August 17-20 on the grounds of St. Isidore Watch the bulletin for additional information and registration materials.

Volunteer

We need people from High School through Adult to help as:

• Small group helpers- requires daily Attendance 9:30 Am-112:30 PM
• Shopping & snack preparation-can be done in advance
• Activity station helpers-requires daily attendance 9:30 AM-12:30 PM
• Staging helpers-Sunday August 16 at 4 PM
• Music/Song assistants...daily attendance required 9:30 AM-12:30 PM
• Craft material preparation...can be done in advance at home

Our first Volunteer meeting will take place Wednesday June 3rd at 7:30 PM OR Friday June 5th at 9:30 AM in the Work Sacristy of the Church

Recycle & Donate

We will need the following items for VBS this year:

• cardboard tubes from wrapping paper, paper towels and toilet paper
• Fabric scraps from 3-6 ft long (width not critical)
• Plastic water bottles with caps single serving size
• Puzzles with large pieces (missing pieces not a problem)
• Cylinders with plastic covers from Coffee, oatmeal, Ovaltine etc)
• Broken or spare colored ceramic tiles (not white or beige)
• Empty cool whip or large margarine tubs
• Leftover or partial rolls of crepe paper streamers (any color)

Receptacles for donations will be placed in the main entryway of the church beginning the first week-end in June
